StartSel Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the StartSel platform (the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

StartSel provides a digital infrastructure that enables entrepreneurs and businesses (“Agencies”) to launch, manage, and scale service-based operations online. The Platform facilitates connections between Agencies, their customers, and independent third-party service providers (“Suppliers”).

2. Platform Role

StartSel operates solely as a technology provider offering tools, infrastructure, and integrations.

StartSel does not provide, perform, or control any services listed or sold on the Platform. All services are delivered by independent Suppliers.

Agencies using the Platform retain full control and responsibility over:
- pricing strategies  
- branding and positioning  
- customer relationships  

3. Account Registration

To access the Platform, users must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

Users are solely responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials  
- all activities conducted under their account  

StartSel reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or compromise platform integrity.

4. Agency Responsibilities

Agencies operating through StartSel are independent businesses and are solely responsible for:

- defining service pricing and margins  
- managing customer interactions and support  
- complying with all applicable laws and regulations  
- obtaining required licenses or authorizations  
- fulfilling all tax obligations  

StartSel does not act as the legal operator, employer, or partner of any Agency.

5. Suppliers

Suppliers connected to the Platform are independent contractors responsible for delivering the services they offer.

StartSel does not guarantee:
- service quality  
- delivery timelines  
- performance outcomes  

All service-related obligations remain the responsibility of the Supplier providing the service.

6. Payments

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers integrated with the Platform, such as Stripe or PayPal.

StartSel does not directly hold or process funds unless explicitly stated.

Agencies determine their own pricing and earn margins based on the difference between their sale price and supplier cost.

7. Fees

Use of the Platform may be subject to:
- subscription fees  
- transaction-based fees  
- additional service charges  

All applicable fees are transparently displayed on the Platform.

8. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

Prohibited actions include:
- circumventing payment systems  
- interfering with platform functionality  
- engaging in illegal activities  
- misrepresenting services or supplier capabilities  

StartSel reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited conduct.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to the Platform, including software, design, branding, and content, remains the exclusive property of StartSel.

Users are prohibited from:
- copying  
- distributing  
- modifying  
- reverse engineering  

any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

StartSel provides technology infrastructure only and does not participate in the execution of services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StartSel shall not be liable for:
- indirect or consequential damages  
- loss of revenue or profits  
- service failures by third-party Suppliers  

11. Platform Availability

While StartSel aims to ensure reliable performance, uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

The Platform may be affected by:
- scheduled maintenance  
- technical issues  
- third-party service disruptions  

12. Termination

StartSel reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform if users:
- violate these Terms  
- engage in harmful or fraudulent behavior  

Users may discontinue use of the Platform at any time.

13. Changes to Terms

StartSel may update these Terms periodically to reflect:
- platform enhancements  
- regulatory requirements  
- operational changes  

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
