StartSel does not act as the operator or legal representative of any agency using the platform.

Role of Suppliers

StartSel does not control the performance or service delivery of suppliers.

No Direct Service Provision

StartSel does not directly provide travel services, transportation services, or any other services listed by agencies using the platform. All services offered through agencies are delivered by independent suppliers or service providers.

Payment Infrastructure

Payments processed through the StartSel platform are handled through integrated payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal.

These providers manage payment authorization, transaction processing, and financial security according to their own policies.

Limitation of Responsibility
